If you get the opportunity to book this home, DO IT! It was so nice and the location is perfect. Everything is updated and the layout worked perfectly for a group of women seeking a relaxing get away. It would also be great for friends/couples and a few families. Leigh checked in on us but everything was fine! Quite spot and the house is fully stocked, more than most rentals.

We loved our stay! Amazing location. Loved the access to the beach, the quaint neighborhood, and the access to Lake Mac. We also walked to Resevior and the General Store. House was fully stocked. We appreciated there being toys in the bunk room! Will definitely return.

Great property and location! This was a perfect spot for 3 couples and 3 toddlers. House was beautiful and clean. There was plenty to do in walking distance and in Holland. Would definitely come back.

Perfect house for 9 adults and 3 small children we came to Holland with. 2 easy options/routes for getting to the beach and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, bikes, etc. The kitchen cookware was stocked and never felt like we missed anything. Super easy to communicate with too! Thanks again.

We had six adults, a toddler and an infant in our party, and we were all super pleased with this spot! Leigh is incredibly responsive and helpful, and this place is truly stocked with everything you need. Super conveniently located too-- we loved the hot dog/ice cream place next door and the general store! Do yourself a favor and take a nap on the lovely back patio-- truly made my summer!

We had a fantastic stay at Leigh’s place. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The house is clean and beautifully decorated and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in the front door. We can tell that Leigh put a lot of thought into stocking the place so all our needs are met. We can’t wait to book another stay!

We really enjoyed our family’s trip to the mountains and this cabin! We spent nights in the hot tub and playing board games. We were so excited to see a bear in the morning while drinking coffee on the deck! We loved playing in the pool! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. Highly recommend!

Beautiful escape into the woods but within walking distance to the community pool. We actually had a bear cut through the yard and sniff around the garbage cans! Very eventful for our kids!! This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend retreat!
Loved the decor -Iike a coat of many colors with a rhinestone finish!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Gatlinburg. The location was absolutely perfect—perched in the mountains with breathtaking views, it offered a peaceful, serene atmosphere that felt wonderfully tucked away, yet it was still just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and we all slept great after long days exploring the area.
One of the highlights of our stay was Leigh's hospitality. She was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and quickly answering a few questions we had. Her welcome materials were especially helpful for us as first time visitors to the area.
We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect mix of mountain tranquility and convenient access to town.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Sunshine Chalet. The home is well appointed to reflect the beautiful mountain surroundings and vintage feel of the chalet. We loved hanging out in the afternoons with vinyl records spinning on the Victrola, it really lends itself well to the ambiance of a cozy mountain cabin and you truly feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
We weren’t too far from the GSMNP and enjoyed multiple trails and seeking out various waterfalls in the area. We love a good trail with a reward at the end! The location of Cobbly Nob neighborhood was perfect for us as it’s away from the tourist trap areas and is peaceful and serene. Of course, having kiddos along, we were also close enough to let them hit up mini golf, mountain coasters, and go carts. There is no shortage of activities within a very reasonable driving distance. One activity we really enjoyed was Parrot Mountain and we highly recommend checking it out for something fun!
